Interface Problem

The tape drive determined that a failure occurred in the tape drive's hardware or in the host bus adapter.  If you are using a host bus adapter with the Symply device please check the adapter and cabling.

Before raising a support ticket please get the logs from, the LTO drive, prior to any attempt to power cycle the drive, please note if the drive has been power cycled since this happened
