1. On the homepage, go to the Maintenance section
2. Click on Download Drive Logs on the right side menu and select the drive. Click on save as.
3. A pop up notification is displayed informing you the duration it takes to create the log file.
4. Once complete, proceed to download the file.
5. On the pop up dialog box at the top of the browser, click on keep to save the file. It will be save in the Downloads directory.
6. Send the log file to support@gosymply.com. Once we have the dump, we'll analyse it and get back to you with our findings.
